Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Technical Artist.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and grow a team of Technical Artists
Inspire, mentor, and support the Tech Art team
Manage and develop robust and efficient workflows for the Art and
Design teams
Required Qualifications:
At least 7 years of professional experience in the games industry
with at least one shipped title as a Lead Technical Artist
Prior experience leading a team of Technical Artists
Complete understanding of current-generation game workflows and
pipelines
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience working with multiple game engines
