For more information, visit Ness is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager, with demonstrated success in delivering growth, consistently, and deep expertise in the Financial Services Industry, across Banking and Capital Market. The Business Development Manager will be primarily responsible for acquiring new business within existing accounts and will support net new logo across North America or Europe region to contribute to year-over-year business growth. The BDM is responsible to for establishing & leveraging different sales channels, building a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities and follow the sales process in converting them to wins. For existing accounts, the BDM will develop, maintain, and execute a strategic account plan, build and extend relationships and drive revenue achievement against targets. The BDM will spearhead every pursuit and manage the sales cycle in collaboration with all internal stakeholders through the sales cycle. The BDM will also be responsible to follow internal sales processes and update the Salesforce CRM, drive opportunities, proposals & presentation, and other materials as needed to establish a relationship and complete a sale. Responsibilities: Manage key accounts for Ness, defend and grow existing business, setup account for organic growth (25-30% YoY). Identify Cross Sell / Up Sell Opportunities, Positioning Ness and articulate Ness services portfolio to the target segment. Ability to identify and build C-Level strong relationship, have value added conversation and convert them into strategic revenue stream Drive Digital Transformation led by Platform/Product/Data Engineering and Application Development, leveraging Ness---s expertise in its chosen Practices and Domains. Win multi-year, large deals with a focus on $ 10 -20 M TCV Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, typically 3-4x the Account Revenue Plan. Collaborate with all stakeholders, Digital Practices, Delivery, Industry Centers of Excellence (CoEs), to design and deliver differentiated solutions. Required Skills: 10 Years of Financial Services (FS) Industry experience (Banking, Capital Markets, Regulatory and Payment Solutions) Overall, 15/20 Years with a strong track record of growing new business within existing clients and in developing senior level relationships. Up to date understanding on the FS industry and track record having C Level conversation & advise them on their strategy and go to person. Demonstrated a track record in selling to the Business as well as IT functions in a distributed onshore/nearshore/offshore engagement model. Ability to guide Practice and delivery through the industry solution Track record in selling high value and high-rate services. Track record in selling/cross selling practice services (Salesforce, Data, CX/UX, IE, Cloud) into Financial Services customers.
