Job Description:

A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Staff Accountant II in Mahwah, New Jersey (NJ). This person is responsible for providing financial analysis, accounting, and reporting to support the accounting supervisor in accordance with established systems, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

Demo and Loan inventory tracking, confirmation, reporting, and reconciliation
Fixed Assets accounting, reporting, and control
The Staff Accountant will compile and analyze financial information and BS/IS analysis
Various assist/support operations department including material costing
Accounting close and journal entries posting
Update and comply with internal policies and procedures
Comply with GAAP, SOX controls, and external audits
As a Staff Accountant, you will assist the finance department members with various tasks or special projects
