is seeking a Managing Veterinarian (MDVM) to lead our 4-doctor team
in beautiful Holbrook, NY. We are a high-quality, state-of-the-art
veterinary practice with a long-standing reputation for excellence
in the Suffolk County community./n Our brand-new, custom-designed
facility opens this November, just 3 miles from our current
location, featuring upgraded surgical suites, treatment areas, and
expanded space for our growing team and services./n

The MDVM Role/n As the Managing Veterinarian, you will combine
clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, working closely
with the Hospital Manager and NVA support teams to drive medical
excellence, staff development, operational efficiency, and client
satisfaction./n Clinical Leadership:/n •/tOversee and guide medical
and surgical cases/n •/tMentor associate veterinarians and
technical staff/n •/tMaintain and establish medical protocols and
standards/n •/tEnsure compliance with state and federal
regulations/n Team & Operations Management:/n •/tPartner on daily
operations, staff training, and scheduling/n •/tLead recruiting,
hiring, and performance evaluations/n •/tFoster a positive,
collaborative team culture/n •/tImplement hospital-specific client
compliance initiatives/n Financial & Strategic Oversight:/n
•/tCo-manage budget, capital improvements, and expense controls/n
•/tAnalyze performance metrics and drive growth opportunities/n
•/tSupport marketing, client service, and community initiatives/n

VMD from an accredited university/n •/tLicensed (or eligible) to
practice in New York/n •/t3 years of clinical experience;
leadership or mentorship experience preferred/n •/tExcellent
