us! This role provides executive level leadership within a team
accountable for managing unbiased, independent assessments of
GT&Os current state technical capabilities as well as the
management of horizontal regulatory exams and internal audits and
risk assessments across GT&O. Responsibilities include
providing leadership for unbiased technical assessments including
the engagement of key stakeholders and partners and identification
of assessment elements, validation of test plans, insight into
controls, general oversight and report out of findings and status
to executive leadership; Identifying issues with horizontal impact
across GT&O and facilitating ownership assignment, governance
and remediation; Actively consulting on horizontal issues including
establishment and approval of action plans; Serving as an
escalation point for horizontal issues and ensuring all parties are
delivering on accountabilities; Consulting in horizontal exam and
audit discussions and providing guidance on responses; Facilitating
common understanding of exam issues through routines with control
partners to ensure consistency in responses. The Independent
Technical Assessment Executive Technical Review role leads the ITA
team and provides executive level leadership with accountability
for managing unbiased, independent assessments of Global Tech’s
current state technical capabilities as well as the management of
independent assessments across Global Tech. Key responsibilities
include providing independent observations on possible areas of
concern through executing in-depth reviews in collaboration with
process or control owners, stakeholders and Global Tech leaders.
Position expectations include providing a proactive first-line
perspective and domain expertise, planning, designing, and
executing in-depth reviews in collaboration with process owners/key
stakeholders, and control partners, leading the independent
assessment process, identifying key risks, gaps or opportunities
for improvement, and reporting out findings to executive
leadership. Managerial Responsibilities: This position will have

Frameworks: Establish and maintain effective management routines to

high-performing ITA team Manages the internal pre-planning of
assessments including engagement of stakeholders and partners
Coordinates independent assessment process in partnership with
internal and external partners including identification of
assessment elements, validation of test plans, insight into
controls and general oversight Collaborates and Oversees Completion
of Assessments: Creates effective partnerships while maintaining
independence through proper management discipline Identifies issues
with horizontal impact across GT and facilitate ownership
assignment Conducts pre-analysis and stakeholder reviews and
facilitate ownership assignment based on established criteria
Enables Sustainable Change, Execution and Improved Business and
Risk Outcomes: Manages the report out of findings and status to
executive leadership May also provide leadership across the GT
organization through special projects or assignments Required
Qualifications: 15 years of program/portfolio leadership in
large-scale, highly regulated environments 10 years influencing
senior executives and enterprise forums Executive presence and
attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written
and verbal, in a concise and insightful way to executives at all
levels of the organization Demonstrated strategic thought
leadership and intellectual curiosity Able to constructively
navigate and lead through conflict with others Able to effectively
collaborate with others across the organization, build effective

information Pay range $175,000.00 - $325,000.00 annualized salary,
offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill
set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to
participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are
