Job Description:

Law Firm of experienced office manager to handle all traditional duties including light accounting, A/R, HR, work with PSO and Accountant, monitor bank accounts, Vanguard 401K, monitor professional billing, marketing and website, enforce office manual, privacy and sanitary policies etc. and stay on top of state and federal employment regulations for three offices in New York, New Jersey and Florida. Firm contributes to UnitedHealth Insurance, dental and vision through PSO. Contributing 401K. MUST have at minimum BA or BS degree, have managerial experience, preferably law firm, must have knowledge of billing systems (Ledes).
