A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Credentialing Specialist This is
a full-time, on-site position located in Summit, NJ . Schedule:

Credentialing Specialist Compensation Pay rate: $30–$35/hr ,
depending on experience Benefits offered after 90 days of
employment 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of
service on our eligibility dates Credentialing Specialist
Highlights Must have provider credentialing experience confirming
qualifications Must be organized , detail-oriented, and capable of
managing multiple priorities Strong communication, data analysis ,
and independent work skills required Proficient computer skills are
essential Credentialing Specialist Responsibilities Enforce
compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance policies
Process credentialing applications for initial applicants and
reappointments (125–200 quarterly) Verify and maintain
credentialing data such as accreditation, licensure, and facility
privileges Ensure legal, federal, and state compliance in
processing applications Collect, verify, and track provider
information, including education, licensure, and training Enter and
maintain provider data in the Echo database Prepare materials for
Credentials Committee, MEC, and Board of Trustees meetings Schedule
and occasionally attend and take minutes for site-based medical
staff department meetings Process and collect medical staff dues
Track license and certification expirations for all providers
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of provider records Perform
other administrative or credentialing-related duties as assigned
Credentialing Specialist Requirements Must have experience
credentialing healthcare providers Excellent verbal and written
communication skills Ability to research, analyze , and manage
large volumes of data Strong organizational skills and the ability
to work independently Ability to establish and maintain effective
professional relationships Proficient in Microsoft Office and
database management systems Echo database experience preferred but
