Cafe Spice, a leader in offering globally inspired, chef-driven meals with a focus on authentic Indian cuisine, is seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support our dynamic operations team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth administrative functions and helping to manage the bustling backdrop of our rapidly growing food enterprise. As an Executive Assistant with Cafe Spice, you will be immersed in the heart of the food and beverage industry, contributing to the efficiency of our operations and playing a key role in our continued success. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files and handling correspondence. Coordinate logistics for team meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution and optimal resource allocation. Serve as a point of contact between senior managers and internal/external clients. Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and confidential manner. Support the operations team by managing project timelines, delivering status updates, and assisting in the resolution of operational challenges. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
