If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and working with a team that moves fast and gets things done, wed like to meet you. What Youll Do Answer inbound phone calls and emails for parts and service requests Process parts orders from our website and help maintain/update online product content Source, purchase, and coordinate parts for service technicians in the field Collaborate with teammates to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and professional responses Track requests, orders, and follow-ups to completion (strong follow-through matters here) What Were Looking For Comfortable with basic computer tasks: Word, Excel, data entry, and internet research Strong communication skills (phone, email, and internal team coordination) Detail-oriented with dependable follow-through Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience with accounting software and/or CRM/contact management Familiarity with electrical and/or hydraulic components (or related mechanical parts) Experience maintaining the backend of website stores / e-commerce platforms What We Offer Full-time position with training provided Health, Disability & Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Apply today if youre organized, customer-focused, and want to join a friendly, growing company that supports the recycling and waste equipment industry.
