Coordinator to join our skilled team. We are seeking a dependable
and professional Front Office Coordinator to serve as the first
point of contact for employees, customers, and vendors. This role
manages the front desk, incoming calls, mail distribution, and
provides administrative support across departments. Reliability,
punctuality, and consistent attendance are essential , as this
position ensures continuous lobby and phone coverage during
business hours. Key Responsibilities Staff the front desk daily and
ensure phones are operational by 8:00 a.m. Answer and direct
incoming calls professionally Greet visitors and maintain a
welcoming lobby environment Sort and distribute incoming mail and
invoices Prepare outgoing mail, certified mail, and FedEx shipments
Provide administrative support to HR and other departments Maintain
office supply and company form inventory Coordinate coverage with
backup receptionist as needed Qualifications High school diploma or
equivalent required 2 years of receptionist or administrative
experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Professional demeanor with strong
customer service skills Experience with FedEx, certified mail, and
postage systems preferred This is a key role supporting daily
