• This role is hybrid with remote work and in-office work. 50/50.
• 5+ years of Marketing experience
• Event/Trade Show focused
• Willing to travel some -Essential Duties & Responsibilities --- Research targeted industry events and their costs, timeframes, and audiences, and manage a calendar of events, track key dates and actions needed to support it --- Coordinate sponsorship/exhibit space buys for multiple events, sometimes with partners --- Work with colleagues and shipping partners to ensure the appropriate brand materials and technology get to-and-from events efficiently and in a timely fashion --- Set up and break down trade show materials (sometimes solo) for anything from a tabletop display to a 20x20 booth (though this is often done with multiple colleagues) --- Build and manage strategic digital campaigns, content, and digital events through email, social, and other media. --- Coordinate with internal & external subject matter experts to smoothly execute digital events. -Experience --- At least 2 years of experience in marketing roles.
