Job Description:
Social Media DirectorWe are seeking a Social Media Director with
experience in developing Social Media strategies and who will
manage all elements of social media: including by platform,
copywriting and creative development. This person should be strong
at -strategizing, planning, execution, and the -ongoing
optimization of our social presence. -Key Responsibilities: -
Lead the development and execution of
a social media strategy that builds the brand among younger
homeowners. Create social style and Imagery Guides outlines best
practices across digital channels. Collaborate closely with our
in-house creative team to build cohesive, cross-functional
messaging for e-mail, print and digital marketing. Implement Social
Media Strategy to increase our on-line presence and broaden our
audience. Lead and manage the day-to-day execution of social media
strategy, including scheduling, posting and community managing on
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, You Tube and other
emerging platforms.Deliver weekly reports and recommend next
steps.Stay up-to-date with local influencers, brands and events. -
- - - - - - - - - Ability to discuss trends and strategize with our
in-house team to create attention grabbing, compelling Instagram
stories, Facebook live streams using influencers to grow our
followers and increase leads. Create a robust calendar to build a
top-down brand awareness strategy to roll across various channels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills with the ability to influence teams and partners to deliver
results. Excellent copywriter with proven ability to be concise,
yet impactful in Brand voiceCreative thinker, with an ability to
use both data and intuition to drive and influence
decisions.Extensive knowledge of the social landscape with a
passion for current trends and creating fresh ideas. - - - - - - -
Solid grasp of best practices for Instagram, Facebook and other
social media channels5+ years of experience leading a team as a
Senior Social Media Manager or similar role working with popular
social media platforms.High levels of integrity, autonomy, and
self-motivationExcellent communication, organizational and
management skills to be able to express our company's views
creatively. Proven track record preferably with retail company or
