We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Pilates classes, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all participants. Responsibilities: - Plan and instruct Pilates classes, including mat and reformer sessions. - Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate various fitness levels. - Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during classes. - Maintain a clean and organized studio space. - Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere. - Stay current with industry trends and best practices. - Certification in Pilates instruction (mat and reformer). - Previous experience teaching Pilates classes. - Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and inspire participants. - CPR/AED certification preferred.
