Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.
Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be
considered. A Special Education Teacher is needed to provide
specialized instruction and support to students with diverse
learning needs. This role involves creating individualized
education plans, adapting curriculum, and collaborating with staff
and families to promote student success. Location: Paterson, NJ
(travel to various school sites may be required) Responsibilities:
Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's unique needs
Modify instructional materials and methods to accommodate different
learning styles Monitor and assess student progress regularly,
adjusting interventions as necessary Collaborate with general
education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure a
cohesive educational experience Maintain accurate records and
comply with all state and federal special education regulations
Participate in professional development and staff meetings as
required Desired Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching
certification Experience working with students with a range of
disabilities Knowledge of special education laws and best practices
Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to travel
