About The RoleWorking directly with the HR Business Partner
team, this role will focus on inspecting, mapping, and transforming
data, create models to generate insights, improve data integrity
and influence a data governance framework across all aspects of
Human Resources. You will add value by consulting to develop simple
to complex reports and dashboards in Workday in support of
day-to-day operations, data integrity initiatives, and strategic
planning. In this role you will have the opportunity to broaden

Workday Specialist, Compensation expert and /or HR Business
Partner.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for working on reporting requirements from key
stakeholders and incorporating those into custom reports and
dashboards within Workday by analyzing business requirements and
processes while providing solutions using a consultative approach
to understand the system functionality and apply that knowledge to
solutioning efficiencies
- - Using best practices and Workday product knowledge,
proactively identify strategies, risks, and roadmap to meet current
and future reporting, program management and analytical
requirements
- - Extract, load, model, and reconcile large amounts of data
across multiple system platforms and sources, including but not
limited to compensation, performance, recruiting and employee
development
- - Participate in the preparation of global compensation cycles
(range updates, budget calculations, training materials,
communications, Advanced Comp configuration and testing).
- - Have a sense of urgency in task execution, be well organized,
strong attention to detail and be able to solve complex issues and
be interested in meeting high expectations
- - Develop and maintain advanced, matrix, and composite reports
and dashboards within Workday Report Writer and Excel
- - Maintain and evaluate jobs for scope, level of
responsibility, experience, and education requirements to determine
proper placement within our job architecture, EEO, FLSA
classifications, etc
- - Creates, maintains, and supports a variety of standard
reports for ongoing team needs while also, collaborating with other
team members on a range of reporting needs within Core HR,
Compensation, Absence, Performance for HR data and metrics
- - Participate in the creation of compensation policies,
procedures, and training materials.
- - Provides program management assistance on various HR
initiatives to include assisting in the rollout and implementation
of new and existing HR programs
- - Ensure data integrity within Workday and assist with HRIS
data audits and cleanup
- - Stay informed of global legislative activities and regulatory
changes and evaluate impact to compensation programs.
What You Bring
- - Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience in Human
Resources, Human Resources Management, Human Resources Information
Systems, or related field
- - 2+ years of statistical or data analysis experience designing
custom reports and dashboards using standard Workday reporting
functionality such as Report Writer, Calculated fields and
Microsoft Office applications including advanced Excel skills
- - Experienced Workday EIB template generation, population, and
ability to load data using advanced level Excel skills
- - Workday Certified Report Writer, Workday Advanced
Compensation, PRISIM and BIRT Reporting is a plus
- - Ability to extrapolate data to tell a story and help create
with tangible action-oriented outcomes
- - Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including debugging
and analysis of issues
- - Curious problem solver who is collaborative, with excellent
attention to detail and superior analytical, pragmatism and strong
organization skills
- - Demonstrated success delivering projects including gathering
requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying
solutions on time and within budget to meet customer
requirements
- - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and
can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements while
providing a high level of customer service in a friendly,
professional manner
- - History of working with confidential data is required
