We are looking for a Senior Manager in AI Native Engineering to join us in transforming data into actionable insights and scalable solutions.As part of our Artificial Intelligence and Data team, you'll sit side-by-side with clients and diverse teams from EY to create a well-rounded approach to advising and solving challenging problems. You will help our clients develop and realize their ambition to leverage AI at scale and drive better business outcomes.Your key responsibilitiesIn this role, you will manage complex processes and projects while maintaining a focus on quality and risk management. You will lead teams to achieve performance objectives and provide deep insights into best practices for solving complex problems. This position requires regular travel to engage with clients and manage relationships effectively.

• Enhancing data pipelines and storage to ensure data is clean, accurate, and optimized.
• Monitoring and optimizing learning processes to improve high-performance models.
• Collaborating with data and analytics professionals to industrialize analysis into actionable solutions.
• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for engagements.
• Leading a team working with a wide variety of clients to define, develop and operationalize their physical AI strategy at scale.Skills and attributes for successTo excel in this role, you will need a blend of technical and business skills. Your ability to build and manage relationships will be crucial in driving client trust and value.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 8-10+ years of professional consulting experience in business or technology consulting.
  • Experience in robotics and autonomous systems controls, sensing, modeling and simulation.
  • Strong skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks.
