You Will Do: We are seeking a highly motivated, technically
hardworking individual, who has a true desire to lead and coach in
a dynamic operations environment to support our Hot Section Module
Center - South (HSMC-S) for on 1st shift. In this role you will be
proving direction to skilled HSMC-S bargaining unit employees,
leading employee engagement and continuous improvement efforts.
Additionally, you will lead to sustained improvements in safety,
quality, production, material procurement, and cost reduction
through the system’s various elements. In conjunction with daily
supervisor responsibilities, project management, effective
communication and execution with support group members is critical
to the department’s success. Key Responsibilities: Providing
direction to skilled HSMC-S bargaining unit employees Leading
employee engagement and continuous improvement efforts Lead
sustained improvements in safety, quality, production, material
procurement, and cost reduction through the system’s various
elements. Perform daily supervisor responsibilities, project
management, effective communication and execution with support
group members. Establish work schedules taking into account
customer requirements, resource availability and other priorities
Provide leadership and direction with an emphasis on team building
through daily toolbox meetings, effective communications, and in
developing an efficient team that is responsive to production
requirements and changes Delegate effectively to develop personnel
and balance workload Work dedicatedly to address issues and engage
the workforce in achieving cell goals Demonstrate a 100% dedication
to Quality, Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Achieving
Competitive Excellence (ACE) Understanding and ability to drive
quality and customer satisfaction through ACE operating system
Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree in Operations,
Engineering, Business with 3 years of leadership experience with
specialized knowledge or technical/operational practices and/or
shop environment experience or Associates Degree with 5 years of
leadership experience with specialized knowledge or
technical/operational practices and/or shop environment experience
OR in lieu of degree, 7 years of leadership experience with
specialized knowledge or technical/operational practices and/or
shop environment experience U.S. citizenship required due to
government contracts Qualifications We Prefer: Experience working
with all levels of management and experience in a union environment
Experience with Continuous Improvement principles (lean
manufacturing, ACE, QCPC, etc.) Consistent track record in team
leadership roles Active security clearance and/or ability to gain

Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all
production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the
development of our engines. Hybrid: Employees who are working in
Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This
means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite
on a regular basis. Remote: Employees who are working in Remote
roles will work primarily offsite (from home). Candidates will
learn more about role type and current site status throughout the
recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and
from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
Understands basic management approaches such as work
scheduling,prioritizing, coaching and process execution. Typically
requires specialized knowledge of technical or operational
practices. Typically requires:A University Degree or equivalent
experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An
Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree
in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a
minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited
by local laws/regulations. As part of our commitment to maintaining

hybrid or remote. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD -
165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several
factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the
role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work
experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a
