PURPOSE: An individual who has strong communication and data
analytics skills in order to contribute to Customer relationship,
retention and growth activities. Partnering with our Customer
Success team and Sales Overlay to contribute and track client
footprint, Client retention, contract reviews for revenue
recognition opportunities, as well as sales pursuits. Working with
the sales and marketing organizations, as well as the technical
delivery organization, to ensure service offer viability;
interacting with customers and providing direct support to the
sales organization to sell payer products or services; eliciting,
analyzing, validating, specifying, verifying, and managing the real
needs of the project stakeholders, including customers and end
users. Reviewing and approving business proposals and quotes.
Champion new offers in market. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Partnering
with Customer Success team to track Client footprint, understand
client landscape, product usage, and detail client demographics2.
Track client dashboards and reporting for leadership3. Creating and
Managing Client Health Check reports, partnering with customer
success team to manage client satisfaction progress and action
plans4. Assisting in establishing customer persona and market
profiles.5. Providing tactical support to other internal
initiatives such as sales training, collateral development etc.6.
Working directly with clients on sales and support activities7.
Reviewing contracts and track revenue recognition opportunities8.
Providing tactical support to other internal initiatives such as
sales training, collateral development, and product performance.9.
Participate in sales activities, client user groups, workgroups and
implementation and support activities as needed10. Conduct research
to identify customer needs and market gaps11. Monitor and report on
users' reactions after launching12. Create support and training
documents for internal and external users13. Analyze competition14.
Create and update marketing material for Product
SuiteQUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business,
Marketing, Communications, Economics preferred. An equivalent
combination of education and work experience may be taken into
consideration in lieu of a degree.Experience: Minimum of five
years' related experience. Minimum of three years' related
experience in the software/healthcare industry preferred.Technical
Competencies:Ability to understanding of customer needs, business
goals and competitive pressures and the ability to convert those
into product requirements and priorities.Working knowledge of the
product development stages and process and the technologies
involved in web development.TRAVEL/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Limited
