Job Description:
A family-owned company with a long history, is seeking an Office
Manager. The Office Manager coordinates the roles and
responsibilities of the office staff to create the most efficient
and effective use of time and efficiency.Responsibilities:
--- Coordinate and manage roles and responsibilities of the office
team.
--- Maintain proper customer service and record keeping.
--- Oversee the customer service experience.
--- Manages the processing of bids.
--- Point of contact for daily human resource requests.
--- Ensure proper timekeeping for payroll.
--- Oversee cross training of office team for cohesion during
absences.Requirements:
--- Detailed and organized with the ability to prioritize in a
quickly changing environment.
--- Strong initiative with the ability to recognize opportunities
for process improvement.
--- High school diploma required. Associate's or bachelor's degree
preferred.
--- Minimum of 3 years administrative, general office and/or
customer service experience.
--- Proficient with Microsoft Office
--- Excellent communication skills
