Job Description:

A well-established HVAC contractor is seeking a HVAC-Project Manager (BSME) who will perform a variety of engineering tasks, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase operation efficiency. This individual will split time working in the office developing and presenting system designs and build proposals. In the field will oversee job progress, be proactive in identifying issues in the design and site related problems created by field conditions.Acting as a project manager, will be responsible for overseeing the installation and operation of various mechanical systems for industrial and commercial customers throughout NJ, NY and PA. Will work with the architects/engineers on projects for installing new or upgrading existing building HVAC systems. Primary customers include schools, manufacturers and other commercial buildings.---A BSME is required with a minimum of 2 years HVAC related experience.
