Position Summary:
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Talent, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring talent for all open doors in their Zone. This position will collaborate with the Regional Managers in a specific Zone to ensure 100% execution of all client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that all projects are flawlessly executed and deliver against Winston Standards
Identify and recruit talent Source resumes, interview, screen provide candidate write-up to Recruiting/Training Coordinator
Collaborate with Zone Managers for a specific Zone to ensure open doors are accurate and filled with top talent
Negotiate lowest possible hourly rate with each contractor and decrease hourly rates overall
Adhere to pay scale and obtain approval with all exceptions
Attend Account briefings to fully understand brand and training objectives to set expectations with all candidates
Document in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) all actions involved with applicants and candidates
Recruit for projects with talent that reflects our brand image ensuring talent are truly brand ambassadors for one or multiple brands
Collaborate with Regional Managers and Recruiting/Training Coordinator to ensure all talent is on-boarded successfully and in a timely manner
Build a Field Team that represents the Winston Brand
Complete projects in line with client expectations
Focus on door priorities established by Sr. Director of Talent and Sr. Manager of Recruiting
Lead weekly Zone calls to ensure entire Zone is aware of all new recruits, challenged territories and new strategies are collectively developed for difficult recruit doors
Collaborate with leadership team to drive improvements and maximize profit on all projects
Strategize with Recruiting team on various recruiting approaches in difficult remote markets and/or new product launches and new categories of business
Provide insight on systemic and process opportunities in order to recruit more effectively
Communicate cross-functionally regarding the progress and completion of projects by Zone
Required Skills and Experience:
2-year degree (4-year or advanced degree a plus)
1-3 years of experience in HR, Recruiting within a staffing agency, wholesale organization, retailer or store
Retail, merchandising, or store management experience
Must be nimble and agile with an ability to multi-task and problem solve
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
Strong written and verbal communication skills including presenting new ideas in an organized and detailed manner
Strong interpersonal skills across a wide range of experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Power Point
Technologically strong with experience working in proprietary systems
Demonstrated experience in:
o Effective negotiating and interviewing skills o Utilizing business metrics to deliver against financial goals o Working in a cross-functional department o Multi-tasking, problem solving and managing multiple candidate searches Requisition ID: 2022-1845
