Job Title: Program Manager/ Portfolio Manager with Payment Domain Exp
Location: Minneapolis, MN Hybrid (3-4 days Onsite in a Week)

Job Description:-

Manage delivery for digital, data, additional portfolio and should be based out of Minneapolis.
Regular connect with Clients stakeholder like line manager, BIO / CIO and provide regular updates for the delivery by driving steering committee meetings in the portfolio about the delivery status.
Serve as first point of escalation for delivery and accountable for overall delivery across multiple projects within the portfolio.
Collaborate between service lines to ensure successful delivery by tracking project progress and support the project teams to ensure quality and timeliness of program execution, in addition review solution and estimate for new opportunities.
Get first-hand customer information for the portfolio and uses it for improvements in services provided by **.
Should be aware of how strategies and tactics work in the clients environment with knowledge of **s competitors as well as broad drivers in clients business.
Expected to have high level technical & functional knowledge in retail banking.
Collaborate CRM and CP in business development activities to grow mindshare and market share in the portfolio.
Should be able to tactically handle internal escalations among project teams and service lines.

Required Capabilities/Skills /Years of Experience
18 + years experience in handling large delivery engagements
Should be based out of Minneapolis and work out of client office 3 - 4 days a week.
Technology background in at least one of the popular tech stacks (.Net, Java, Web technologies etc) and ability to resolve critical technical project issues
Ability to expand portfolio through incremental business development activities and partnering closely with client stakeholders.
Work independently to manage the whole program and respective stakeholders and projects and have strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to take ownership for key projects timelines, deliverables, budget, metrics, and sound understanding of financial management, revenue forecasting and profitability management.
Excellent client management, relationship building and escalation management skills and ability to collaborate and resolve conflicts in a diverse matrix organization within ** and with clients.
Proven track record of achieving profitability metrics by leveraging various levers such as pyramid optimization, scope monetization, on: off ratio, etc
Extensive hands-on experience in handling large organization wide applications transformational programs preferred.
