Job Overview Works to ensure the implementation of an effective compliance program throughout St. Joseph's Healthcare System. Qualifications Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business or closely related field and five to seven years of previous work related experience. Master's degree preferred. strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodology and healthcare information systems required. Strong written, verbal and financial management skills required.Nationally recognized certification in compliance preferred. Work requires analytical ability to collect information from diverse sources and apply professional principles in performing various analyses, and summarize the information and data in order to solve problems.
