Program Manager in the Adaptive Communications and Sensing

Protect Us -."This Program Management opportunity will be
responsbile for the execution of production and manufacturing
contracts within the Tactical Data Links family of programs. This
position has the responsibility for the leadership and management
oversight of a project team assuring that project's financials,
schedule, and technical objectives are met and that the highest
level of customer satisfaction is achieved while meeting all
contractual commitments. Candidates for this role should have a
demonstrated history in transitioning products from development to
production and full rate production.The candidate must be able to
work effectively and collaboratively with Engineering, Operations,
and all Program Office functional leadership to assure deliveries
continue to exceed customer commitments and achievement of
financial commitments to the company. Manages, coordinates, plans,
organizes, controls, integrates, and executes projects for
Production of hardware within the Tactical Data Links portfolio.
Participates in the support of new business and in the development
of proposals.The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Provide leadership and management oversight, assuring the
team's Program Area and Product Line objectives are met and that
the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Responsible and accountable to the Program Area and Product
Line Management for program execution, profitability, timeliness,
and overall success. Makes timely decisions that are cost effective
to the company and ensures assigned projects meet financial
commitments for orders, sales, profit, and cash.
- Accountable for all aspects of assigned program's execution
(cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, risk management,
and customer engagement) throughout all the Life Cycle Management
(LCM) phases, ensuring program commitments are met while having the
authority to make cogent and timely decisions related to the
project.
- Acts as the primary point of contact between BAE Systems and
the customer program office, suppliers, and key customer
stakeholders.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills,
including oral presentations and written correspondence.
- Exhibits exceptional interpersonal skills while interfacing
with program team members, company personnel, suppliers, and
customers.

leadership engagement.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Successful, proven past performance in leading and managing
multi-discipline project teams.
- Expertise in project management, earned value management, risk
management, and supply chain & subcontract management.
- Strong presentation and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the development and production of high
reliability electronics.
- Ability to obtain a Secret ClearancePreferred Education,
Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 8-10+ years of experience.
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification,
- Master's degree in Engineering, Management, or Business
Administration.
- Experience in new business capture.
- Detailed knowledge of the defense aerospace market and
experience working with US Navy program offices, or other Armed
Services Program offices.
- Experience in business case development, analysis, and
presentation.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $150370 -
$255630Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
