Lower East Side - Full-Time
Salary: $100,000-$110,000 + Bonus + Benefits

With over $10 million in annual revenue, Dudley's is seeking a proven General Manager to lead one of NYC's highest-performing restaurant teams. Position OverviewAs General Manager, you'll lead all front-of-house operations, oversee a large and diverse team, and collaborate closely with our culinary and beverage departments. You will champion service standards, financial accountability, and team development while maintaining the welcoming, high-energy environment that makes Dudley's a favorite among locals and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH operations in a high-volume ($10M+ annual) setting
• Lead with a guest-first mentality while upholding elevated service standards
• Manage and develop FOH staff through training, coaching, and clear performance expectations
• Maintain excellence in beverage operations, including coffee, wine, and cocktails
• Monitor and manage labor, COGS, inventory, and daily financial reporting
• Ensure full compliance with Department of Health, labor, and safety standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with culinary, bar, marketing, and corporate leadership
• Actively participate in recruitment, training, scheduling, and employee development
• Foster a team culture that is engaged, professional, and accountableEducation, Experience & Skill Requirements
  • Completion of Company General Manager Training Program (or willingness to complete)
  • Alcohol Awareness, Food Handling, Gaming Registration, and PCI/DSS certifications (or ability to obtain)
  • Minimum 8 years of hospitality experience, with at least 3 in a General Manager or senior leadership role in a high-volume environment
  • Associate degree (Hospitality, Business, etc.) or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong foundation in guest service, leadership, and team-building
  • Deep understanding of financials: P&L statements, budgeting, forecasting, labor models, and COGS
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and restaurant tech platformsPhysical Requirements & Work Conditions
    • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods
    • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions
    • Exposure to hot kitchen elements and cleaning chemicals
