society and our industry.About the TeamAs a Product Leader focusing
on Platform Enablement in the Retail Bank you will be reimagining
how the largest programs in the bank are able to execute faster.
Your teams will be responsible for developing and executing the
strategy and tools that form our validation and monitoring
strategies, drive our platforms to be more resilient, and enable us
to ship product faster. You'll also be responsible for working
through how we migrate customers seamlessly from legacy platforms
to our new modern platforms in a way that our associates and
customers feel no impact. We have a long journey ahead and are

Qualifications:
- At least 9 years of experience working in Product
Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the
following with an expectation that the required degree will be
obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics,
Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer
Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative
field)
- A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics,
Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer
Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
or an MBA with a quantitative concentrationPreferred
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Agile product management
- 8+ years of experience translating business strategy and
analysis into consumer facing digital productsCapital One will

annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please
note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to
perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the
amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed
upon number of hours to be regularly worked.McLean, VA: $264,300 -
$301,700 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementNew York, NY: $288,400 -
$329,100 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementPhiladelphia, PA: $240,300
- $274,300 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementRichmond, VA: $240,300 -
$274,300 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementWilmington, DE: $240,300 -
$274,300 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in
other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with
that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to
any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the
candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn
performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash
bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be
discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.Capital
