Communicates and collaborates effectively with patients/significant others and all members of the health team. Documents nursing activities and patient outcomes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to medication administration, physical assessment, phlebotomy, point of care testing and clinical patient education.QualificationsKnowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or closely related field preferred. Licensure required as a Registered Nurse by the State of New Jersey. Department specific orientation and department specific certification of Basic Life Support (BLS) within 1 year of hire.
