Job Description:
A healthcare company in New York is actively seeking a
detail-oriented and hardworking professional to join their staff as
their new Full Charge Bookkeeper. Responsibilities The Full Charge
Bookkeeper will: Process Payroll in ADP Set up new pay
structures/PTO plans/benefit plans in ADP Review and maintain
employee contributions to benefit plans Address employee concerns
Track employee distribution between funding sources Prepare salary
components of grant vouchers, and all related backup Download
transactions and receipts Entering requests into Sage Complete
other tasks as assigned Qualifications Experience with ADP
workforce now, QuickBooks, or Sage Peachtree Strong attention to
detail good work ethic Ability to multitask Excellent attention to
detail Highly organized Strong interpersonal skills Excellent
communication skills
