Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule
Day Shift: 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30) Job Description We are seeking
an experienced Cath Lab Tech with expertise in cardiac
catheterization and vascular procedures. The ideal candidate will
have a solid background in operating advanced imaging equipment and
will be responsible for assisting the medical team during various
diagnostic and interventional procedures. Responsibilities - Assist
in a variety of procedures, including cardiac catheterization, PCI,
fistograms, and vascular angiograms. - Scrub in for procedures
using Philips x-ray machines and collaborate with the medical team
in a fast-paced environment. - Monitor patient conditions and
provide support in the administration of medications and other
treatments as needed. - Document procedures and patient responses
accurately using GE Mac Lab and Cerner systems. - Participate in
on-call rotations, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - ARRT(R)
certification and New Jersey license (can be obtained prior to
start). - BLS and ACLS certifications required. - 2-3 years of
current experience in a Cath Lab with both cardiac and vascular
procedures. - Experience with PPM implants and vascular procedures.
- Neuro experience preferred. - Familiarity with IVUS, PFR, IFR
equipment is a plus. - 1st time travelers accepted. - Must abide by
hospital policies regarding appearance (nails must be kept clean
and short, and acrylic or artificial nails are not permitted). Why
