Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Speech Language Pathologist for a local contract job in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 52 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days, nights, flexible Employment Type: Local Contract Speech Therapist – Pediatric (Full-Time / Part-Time) Location: Fair Lawn, Paramus, Secaucus – Northern New Jersey Summary We are seeking energetic and motivated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our dynamic and growing private practice in Northern New Jersey . Our team provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment services to toddlers, school-aged children, and adolescents. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat a variety of pediatric communication disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans with short- and long-term goals. Maintain accurate documentation including daily treatment notes, progress reports, and plans of care. Collaborate with parents, teachers, physicians, and other professionals to ensure holistic care. Conduct reassessments as needed based on insurance or clinical guidelines. Provide parent/caregiver education and home exercise programs. Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families. Requirements Pediatric experience is required. Availability on weekdays during late afternoons/evenings . Valid NJ SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP). Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
