Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) - Providing
one-to-one nursing care in a home environment - Taking direction
from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse -
Following the plan of care - Following all clinical and office
policies Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) - Valid
New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License - Physical from within
three years - TB Skin Test (PPD)or TB Blood Test (QF) - Valid BLS
CPR card (obtained in person not online) - Valid driver's license -
G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train About Care

CDC guidelines to ensure you, your client, and your family stays
healthy. *Bonus for eligible cases only. The eligible employee will
receive $500 after 500 billable hours worked. Eligible employees
must complete the pre-onboarding process within 10 days of
submission of the initial application. Valid for first-time
employees only and on completion of all required documents. Parents
and/or Guardians of a current or potential Preferred Home Health
Care, a Care Options for Kids client are not eligible to receive a
