Job Description:
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated and
leadership-driven Director of Rehab to oversee our therapy
programs, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy
services. This role requires a proactive approach in managing
staff, developing therapy programs, and ensuring exceptional
delivery of therapeutic services tailored to meet individual
patient needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong
background in rehabilitation services, superior management skills,
and a commitment to high-quality patient care. Oversee daily
operations of physical, occupational, and speech therapy programs.
Develop, implement, and assess rehabilitation programs to meet
patient needs and regulatory standards. Manage and train therapy
staff, ensuring professional growth and compliance with healthcare
regulations. Collaborate with healthcare providers to integrate and
enhance patient care. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of
therapy programs, adjusting strategies as necessary. Ensure
compliance with all local, state, and federal laws pertaining to
rehabilitation services. Strong leadership and organizational
skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Deep
understanding of rehabilitation therapies and healthcare
regulations Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a
dynamic environment Proficient in using healthcare management
software and tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Valid state licensure as a physical therapist,
occupational therapist, or speech-language pathologist (as
applicable) Certification in healthcare management preferred (e.g.,
CHFM)
