Schedule: 12.5-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM), every other weekend
required, 3 out of 6 holidays required, no on-call Highlights: Work
in a high-volume, fast-paced Emergency Department with 1:6
nurse-to-patient ratios Provide care to patients of all ages with
diverse trauma and emergency medical conditions Float within
facility to similar units as needed Utilize clinical expertise to
assess, prioritize, and manage both physical and mental health
emergencies Join a team equipped to deliver specialized and
innovative emergency services Requirements: Minimum 18 months of
Emergency Department nursing experience ED experience within the
past six months Active NJ State Professional Registered Nurse
license or multi-state compact license Current BLS (AHA), ACLS,
Telemetry, PALS, and NIHSS certifications CEU Contact Stroke 4
Hours certification Strong clinical knowledge and analytical
abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans Excellent
communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary
