Graduation from an accredited school of nursing as an LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse. Current LPN licensure by the PA State Board of Nursing. Must be 18 years of age or older. Prefer previous rehabilitation or LTC experience. An understanding of basic human needs: physical, spiritual, and emotional. Adequate reading, writing, speaking, and hearing skills to perform assignments. What makes LifeQuest unique?
