31, 2026 Location: It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role
will work on-site at our locations in Totowa NJ, Birmingham, AL,
and Van Nuys, CA. Job Description: The BioMatrix Pharmacy
Operations team is excited to welcome a Summer 2026 Intern as part
of our growing pipeline of emerging professionals! We're seeking a
motivated, curious, and relationship-oriented Pharmacy Operations
Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced
healthcare environment. This internship offers exposure to pharmacy
operations, infusion workflows, patient support processes,
cross-functional collaboration, and real-world problem-solving.
You'll work closely with experienced pharmacy operations leaders
and team members, shadow team members, support daily operational
needs, and contribute to projects that enhance patient care and
internal efficiency. If you're passionate about healthcare,
operations, or specialty pharmacy services, this internship will
give you a comprehensive look at the field. As a Pharmacy Intern,
you'll work alongside a team of seasoned sales executives, gain
real field experience, partner with cross-functional teams, and
contribute to meaningful work that drives growth. This is a chance
to explore a career in healthcare sales from multiple angles while
making an immediate patient-centered impact. QUALIFICATION
REQUIREMENTS Current collegiate enrollment as a Junior or Senior
pursuing a degree in healthcare administration, pharmacy, business
administration, or a related field Minimum of two (2) years of
customer service experience High school diploma or GED required
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an interest in
relationship-building Naturally curious, proactive, and eager to
learn in a dynamic environment Organized and able to manage
multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Comfortable with
technology; prior CRM experience is a plus ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND
RESPONSIBILITIES Observe day-to-day pharmacy operations, including
infusion workflows, patient support processes, and collaboration
with clinical and sales teamsAssist with operational tasks such as
data entry, documentation, reporting, and workflow tracking
Participate in cross-functional meetings with Pharmacy Operations
teams Support process improvement initiatives by identifying
challenges and helping develop practical solutions Contribute to
analytics and reporting projects under the guidance of the Pharmacy
Operations leadership team Assist with preparing presentations,
internal communications, and training materials Document insights
and learnings from shadowing and project participation to support
future team training and operational enhancement Engage in
internship cohort activities and professional development sessions
Document insightes from shadowing experiences to support future
training and process improvements KNOWLEDEGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
REQUIREMENTS Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective interpersonal skills for engaging with providers and
internal teams. Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced,
field-based environment. Solid organizational skills with the
ability to manage multiple tasks. Analytical thinking and comfort
working with data, spreadsheets, or dashboards. Ability to use
technology tools, including CRM systems (training provided).
Creative thinking for marketing collaboration and social media
content. Ability to interpret trends and incorporate insights into
recommendations. Ability to work independently while staying
aligned with team goals. Adaptability to shifting priorities,
projects, and daily activities. Communication Skills Oral
Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or
negative situations; listens and gets clarification; Responds well
to questions; Demonstrates group presentation skills; Participates
in meetings. Written Communication - Writes clearly and
informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Varies writing

read and interpret written information. Computer Skills Become and
remain proficient is all programs necessary for execution.
