Job Description Rheumatologist opening in Freehold, New Jersey Full-time, permanent plmentSeveral Locations in NJ - NYC 50m, Philadelphia 60mLarge Rheumatology practice with 4 locations - Freehold as the main location, Toms River, Edison and Bellville.New grads or experienced physicians welcome to apply.Very pleasant work environment in Central New Jersey with easy access to New York City and Philadelphia.Growing private practice with no plans to join/sell to any health care organization.Currently 9 providers, 4 physicians and 4 mid-level providers.The physician works in two locations, Freehold and another, but physician doesn't work in two locations in the same day. The physician will have a medical assistant and will also work with a mid-level provider. Looking for physicians who will work hard & help build patient base. Standard schedule - Monday through Friday with no weekends and no hospital calls. Flexibility in workdays and hours, providing physician will see a satisfactory number of patients a week. Physicians may work late hours (two hours after 5pm) one day a week to accommodate patients, on which, physician may start late in the day.Generous PTO offeringCompensation is competitive - base pay, performance bonus, and revenue sharing220K and 250K RVU once threshold is metAdditional income may be earned if the physician participates in clinical research on a separate contract.
