As a Physical Therapist with our organization, you will be integral to our patient's recovery process, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and personalized treatment plans in a supportive and professional environment. Evaluate patient conditions to develop effective treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to aid patient recovery and promote mobility. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families about recovery techniques and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to streamline care and enhance patient outcomes. Expertise in physical therapy techniques and tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to design and execute detailed therapy programs Capable of managing multiple patient cases Proficiency with electronic health record systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in applicable state CPR certified Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association preferred
