Job Title: PACU RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) Duration: 11 weeks Shift: 8H Nights Hours per Shift: 37.5 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: Required Certifications: BLS Certification BLS (AHA) Must-Have: Flu vaccine required - no exemptions or exceptions Trauma level care experience Description: This position is for a PACU RN focusing on post-anesthesia care. The role involves caring for higher acuity patients in the PACU. Patients may wait for beds longer than their recovery time. Experience in a fast-paced environment is essential. Charting will be conducted using an electronic system. Candidates must be flexible and able to work night shifts. Strong communication skills and teamwork are vital for this role.
