In-Person & some Hybrid Options ) Job Type: Part-Time (Flexible
schedule, ) License Requirement: Active Connecticut LADC license

therapist will provide substance use evaluations, individual
counseling, relapse prevention and coordinate care with our
psychiatric providers and therapists. The ideal candidate is
comfortable working independently while collaborating within a
team-based environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive
substance use assessments Provide individual/and or group substance
use counseling Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain timely and compliant documentation Collaborate with
psychiatrists, APRNs, PA, and therapists Provide relapse prevention
and psychoeducation Participate in case consultation as needed
