Job Description:

Eagle Rock Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This role is vital in providing top care and rehabilitation services to our patients. You will be directly involved in delivering high-quality care and personalized therapies that our facility prides itself on. Each day, you will play a crucial role in helping patients manage their recovery and maintain health through a variety of tasks including patient care, documentation and support for healthcare professionals. Provide high-quality care to patients, assisting them in activities of daily living such as feeding, bathing, and dressing. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to registered nurses or medical staff. Assist with medical procedures as needed. Document patient interactions and care provided. Support the implementation of patient personalized care plans. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Engage with patients' family members to educate them on patient status and care instructions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Basic knowledge of patient care and medical terminology. Physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding duties. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license. CPR certification preferred.
