JOB DESCRIPTION
--- As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a
pivotal role in delighting our
customers with outstanding service. You will act as a day-to-day
key contact for
customers and prospective customers assisting them with orders,
answering questions
and addressing any emergent issues with patience and empathy.
--- Our CSR's engage key stakeholders across our business including
sales, scheduling,
accounting, operations management and business leadership to ensure
customer needs
are well understood and addressed in a timely and efficient
manner.
--- This candidate will report into our Head of Customer Service,
and will partner closely with
cross-functional teams in Logistics, Supply Chain Planning,
Operations, and Sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
--- Provide industry leading service and support to customers and
prospective customers as
assigned by the business
--- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to accept and
manage orders, manage
logistics, inventory, invoicing and quality complaints
--- Communicate with customers, team members and other stakeholders
in a timely and
professional manner
--- Performs receipt and review of customer purchase orders,
corresponding entry of sales
orders into an ERP system and acknowledgment of orders to customers
within 24 hours.
--- Work with production staff and schedule to achieve on-time
customer deliveries
--- Assist customers on resolutions related to product availability
issues
--- Answer incoming customer phone calls in a professional manner.
Respond to a high
volume of customer e-mails in a timely manner
--- Update, maintain, and analyze customer account profiles
--- Answer technical inquiries regarding our products
--- Run daily reporting for open orders and on-track order
fulfillment
--- Work with QC / Accounting for timely resolution of any customer
issues/product concerns.
--- Actively offer suggestions for improvement to processes and
procedures for improved
efficiencies and/or customer experience enhancements.
--- Must possess a positive attitude, ability to work
independently, support for teammates,
and demonstrate leadership qualities that exemplify the Roysons
model for excellent
customer service.
