The Banquet Executive Chef play a vital role in our kitchen.
He/she has a large amount of responsibility. The Banquet Executive
Chef is responsible for planning and directing food preparation in
our event kitchens.
- Plan working schedules according to resort events/functions-
Knowledge of Banquet Event Orders with regards to developing prep
lists and guides for cooks- Produce high-quality dishes that follow
the established menu and company standards, as well as to the
clients requirements- Develop product order guides and
parsRequirements:- At least 3 years as Executive Banquet Chef or 5
years as Executive Banquet Sous Chef- Ability to multi-task while
maintaining control of kitchen and team- Excellent record of
kitchen and staff management- Working knowledge of various cooking
methods/skills - Professional, punctual, solution-driven-
Comprehensive knowledge of Banquet Event Order process - Experience
with overseeing a team of 10-20 cooks - Knowledge of current market
pricing - High level of planning, organizing and adaptability-
Experience working in and developing a structure which accommodates
numerous events simultaneously
