Quality Line Check daily of your stationTEAMWORK, SKILLS &
EDUCATIONSupports other stations and areas of the BOH as needed,
ensuring that everything within the 4 walls of the restaurant is
every Team Member's responsibilityProvides exceptional service
throughout the entire shift and sets Team Members up for success
when closing station as well as at shift changePositively
communicates with other Team Members and Management to keep one
another informedAbility to work independently as well as with a
teamBasic reading skills and strong communication skills; able to
multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to
handle high stress situationsMust be a minimum of 18 years of age
unless otherwise dictated by state lawPHYSICAL DEMANDSThe Line Cook
is expected to be able to perform the job functions with reasonable
accommodation. Physical demands include: Remain standing for
extended periods of time in a work area that has an elevated air
temperatureReaching, bending, squatting, pushing, pulling and
lifting, up to 50 lbs., for short distancesFrequent communication
with Managers and Team Members. Must be able to exchange accurate
information in these situations.
