This is a unique opportunity to join an expanding, global team fully dedicated to HR M&A activities with a strong focus on process improvement and an aspiration to be a consistent industry-leading expert in all aspects of HR M&A. Position Summary: The Global HR Operations Program Manager will key HR M&A projects as part of a global Program Management Office. The PMO will lead a multi-year strategy designed to develop, launch and sustain industry-leading best practices in the HR aspects of global M&A. The candidate should have strong experience in all aspects of HR M&A and a strong Project/Program Management background. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with HR M&A senior leadership in the development and launch of this new function with a special focus on defining process, developing protocols, creating deliverables and managing and governing the HR M&A multi-year Action Plan.
  • Partner with M&A partners, stakeholders and Centers of Excellence (COE) to ensure cohesive, timely, relevant and effective projects are implemented.
  • Assist in building out the multi-year strategic roadmap for HR M&A and the PMO.
  • Build short, medium and long-term operating plans to help facilitate HR M&As evolution.
  • End-to-end program management through planning, execution and implementation stages for key projects.
  • Monitor overall project performance (timeline, budget, deliverables, resources---) and implement adjustments, as needed.
  • Drive the cross-functional team's performance by coordinating activities, managing milestones and deliverables.
  • Serve as a key relationship point of contact for HR COEs.
  • Assist in developing portfolio management methods and capabilities to ensure the PMO is effective.
