Our prime areas of specialization include Accounting & Finance Temporary/Consulting and Permanent Search. We work with a client base primarily in the NJ and NYC marketplace.

The Opportunity

Due to consistent and profitable growth, Symmetry Search has an extremely exciting opportunity - we are seeking a Recruiting Assistant for our Paramus, NJ office. We are looking for an individual with some exposure to and interest in accounting or finance for this role. This can be either a full time or part time position, depending on the individual circumstances.

As the business continues to grow, there is a tremendous opportunity for the right candidate to grow into a more senior level role here with unlimited potential to expand into new areas.

In this role, you will work alongside some of the best and most respected recruiters in the industry who have developed a substantial recruitment presence in the New Jersey/New York marketplace. It's an amazing opportunity to learn and grow with some of the top professionals in this industry!
