Overview:The Sales Incentive Compensation Manager will work closely with Sales Management, Finance, Human Resources and Legal to assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of all KMBS sales compensation and incentive plans that meet the strategic objectives of the company.Responsibilities:Influence sales leadership on sales compensation best practices to drive achievement of our business goals.Provide recommendations on plan design based upon desired outcomes and analytics on ad-hoc promotions and changes to plansMonitor plan effectiveness and communicate this feedback to sales management and executives on a periodic basis.Perform analysis of commission earning to ensure proper accruals and performance to assumptions in design,Develop and communicate annual presentation materials for new and/or updated incentive plans to sales management and executives.Conduct market research on incentive-based pay positions and provide feedback to business unit leaders on competitiveness and internal equity of plans.Maintain a central repository of all plans for Konica Minolta.Establish policies and procedures for approvals of plan changes, quota changes, special programs, minimum income requests and employees on leave.Work closely with the Commissions team (Finance) to ensure accuracy of payments under all plans.Manage issues that are raised by Commission team and plan participants which may require escalation to senior management.Assist in mergers and acquisitions to assimilate commission plans for newly acquired companies.Stay up-to-date on trends and developments within sales compensation and recognition practices, constantly researching and implementing best practices as appropriate.Provide reporting and analysis as requested.Outstanding analytic skills and the ability to work with large data sets from multiple sourcesDemonstrated experience in designing commercial analytical methodsExcellent presentation skills - present analyses/findings in a compelling mannerAbility to work cross functionally and collaborate effectively with business partnersStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle opposing priorities work effectively and independently within time constraintsDetailed oriented with strong organizational skillsExpert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to all levels in the organizationProficient in project managementAbility to work independently in a fast paced and dynamic environmentAbility to compile and analyze dataAbility to run ad-hoc reportsQualifications:BA/BS degree5+ years of compensation experience3+ years Salesforce incentive compensation experience, SAP CRM and Callidus experience a plusAbout Us:About Konica MinoltaKonica Minolta's journey started 150 years ago, with a vision to see and do things differently.
