Job Description:

Our client is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team in VermontThe right candidate is driven, ambitious, and willing to learn coupled with a firm foundation of HR principles and policies.This job will have the following responsibilities:
Maintain a positive employee relations environment
Guide plant leadership in HR issues
Manage special plant HR / Employee Global Projects and Events
Coordination and implementation of hourly training across the plant
Oversee HR functions over two plants in the area
Will be involved in union / labor relations processes
Act as plant expert in all HR System toolsQualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business or Related Degree
3+ years of Generalist experience within a manufacturing facility
Possess a continuous improvement mindset in HR
Union and non-union experience preferred
