An ABA company is looking for an entry-level Recruiter to help recruit BCBA and RBTs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the ins and outs of recruitment while playing a key role in building the company's team.Responsibilities Include:

• Recruiting and Sourcing:
• Identify, source, and engage with potential BCBA and RBT candidates.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to find qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to ensure candidate suitability.
• Scheduling and Coordination:
• Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates.
• Work with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Collaboration and Reporting:
• Collaborate with the HR team and management to understand recruitment needs.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment efforts.Ideal Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in the recruitment field.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not required.
