SDL is a privately owned company, self-funded and profitable.Job SummaryOur Software Technical Support Representatives answer calls and provide honest,straightforward customer education, troubleshooting, and support. We evaluate customersatisfaction and make priority changes accordingly as the situation evolves. We expect you toquickly learn and troubleshoot a wide range of software/hardware problems, and networkconnectivity, email, and secondary issues.Work Ethic:Be punctual and reliable, and have consistent attendance.Be collaborative.Remain current on internal processes.Be able to work overtime and on call, as needed.Desire to work hard, grow, and learn.Possess strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.Approach your work with ownership and a commitment to being a team member.Strive to be proactive in your approach to challenges and ideas.Be able to admit your mistakes.Must be detail oriented with respect to documentation and communication.Treat fellow employees and clients with respect.Education/Training/Experience Requirements:Minimum High school diploma or equivalentSQL Database knowledge a plusMinimum of 5 years of SOFTWARE TECHNICAL SUPPORT with great phone and communication skills.Expert knowledge of Windows (XP to 10), including basic networking.The ability to troubleshoot software issues.Local Government or SDL experience a plusPowered by JazzHRZQiTqwHdEh
