work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work
remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide
more details. Summary: The IAM Analyst will be responsible for
executing access provisioning and deprovisioning. This includes
troubleshooting various access issues and discrepancies. The
analyst will be responsible for managing a ticketing system queue
and complete tickets with quality and within SLA. The IAM Team is
highly collaborative, and it is common for our associates to step
out of their normal role when assistance is needed. Education:
Bachelor's Degree in related fields or compensating experience.
Major Responsibilities: Expert level of knowledge and applied
expertise in server and desktop operating systems (Windows,
Exchange, Active Directory, SQL, ServiceNow, Mainframe and
application etc.) Desired Qualifications: Three to five years of
queue management experience. Good communication (written and
verbal) and interpersonal skills Self-driven and Proactive mindset
and actions. Reliable time management and organization skills
Demonstrates the ability to convey technical information to
findings in simple language The ability to multi-task in a
high-pressure environment Thorough knowledge of Active Directory
(AD) needed. General knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing systems
Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange needed Creates, maintains, and
disables user access within various technologies and systems,
including but not limited to: Active Directory, SQL, Exchange and
other MUFG applications. Ensure standard operating policy and
procedures are followed for each transaction. Promptly handle all
escalations ensuring customer satisfaction. Meet all required SLAs
for activity closure. Provide troubleshooting skills to identify
access related issues. Assisting stakeholders in identifying,
initiating, and tracking corrective actions to address anomalies.
Contribute and collaborate with various IAMops for continuous
improvement. Ability to learn new procedures when new systems,
tools, applications are onboarded to the IAM ecosystem Other: As
per MUFG’s Return to Office policy, a candidate must work onsite
for 4 days and 1 day remotely. The typical base pay range for this
role is between $85k - $109k depending on job-related knowledge,
skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for
certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive
